Collection Information

If you book less than 10 days in advance, you must collect your tickets in person.

Tickets may be available for collection from a Ticketek Pre-Paid Collection Outlet prior to the day of the event, or at the venue either 1 hour before the event or upon door open time. During Public Holiday periods, customers are advised to collect their tickets well in advance to avoid any issues on event day.

Please carefully check the information below for important details on collecting your tickets.

The only person authorised to purchase tickets is the credit/debit card holder. Tickets will not be issued to persons other than the MyTicketek Account holder or credit/debit card holder. They must present the following ID to collect tickets in person:
  • Your Customer ID (found in your confirmation email)
  • Valid photo ID
  • Valid concession card or proof of entitlement (For concession tickets only)
  • Your signature is required upon collection of tickets.
Venue collection

For most events you can collect tickets from the venue 1 hour before the event begins, or you will be admitted into the venue upon door open time. This may vary on some occasions, please check the event information page for details.

To avoid queuing we suggest you get there early or collect your tickets from a Ticketek Pre-Paid Collection Outlet a few days beforehand.

Ticketek Pre-Paid Collection Outlet

To avoid queuing at the venue, you may collect tickets from a Ticketek Pre-Paid Collection Outlet before the event.
  • For weekday events, tickets must be collected by close of business the day before the event.
  • For weekend events, tickets must be collected by close of business the Thursday before the event.
  • Ticket collection from Ticketek Pre-Paid Collection Outlets on the day of an event cannot be guaranteed. If applicable, tickets may be collected from the venue 1 hour prior to the event, or you will be admitted into the venue upon door open time.

  • Pre-Paid Collection Outlet: Only agencies listed as Pre-Paid Collection Outlet are able to print pre-purchased event tickets bought online or by phone
  • Pre-Paid Collection Outlet/Parking Collect: Can print pre-purchased event and parking tickets for Sydney Olympic Park (conditions apply)

Ticketek Agency collection
