Delivery Information
Regular Mail
Ticketek uses Australia Post's regular mail service, which may take up to 15 working days for delivery within Australia. Please note Australia Post cannot trace tickets sent by regular mail. No responsibility will be taken for tickets sent by regular mail.
Registered Mail
Registered Mail provides you with a unique and traceable identifier with Australia Post. Australia Post recommends that you allow 10-15 working days delivery time for registered mail.
Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will only be replaced according to the promoter of each event's policy. In most cases Ticketek uses registered mail for general admission (GA) tickets which cannot be replaced if not received, lost, stolen or destroyed etc.
Tickets sent by registered mail incur an additional fee and is not recommended for overseas addresses.
Express Post
We use Australia Post's Express Post service. Allow 3 working days for delivery to eligible cities within Australia. Please check with Australia Post that your area is covered by Express Post delivery.
This delivery method is not available for overseas addresses and is not available for all events.
