What is the difference between an Anytime Pass and standard tickets?

A standard ticket will only grant you access to the event at the timeslot that you have booked. This time is not flexible so please do not book a time that you are unable to attend. Timeslots will be maintained to control trail numbers and ensure that all attendees are able to enjoy the full experience.

Do I have to book in advance?
We recommend booking in advance online. Each timed entry has a limited capacity that will be maintained and we expect this event to sell out.

A limited number of Event Day tickets will be on sale at the venue, when not sold out, on event nights from 5:45pm from the box office. Please note these tickets will only be valid for the timeslot that is available at time of booking. Event day tickets purchased on the day (online or at the box office) will incur an additional fee of $4 per person.

If I book the wrong date, can I transfer/exchange my ticket to another date?
If you wish to exchange your tickets, please download the Ticketek AU app and login with your email address and password created to place your order. Once logged in, you'll be able to exchange your tickets (subject to availability). You can refer to our FAQ page here to see how this works on the app.

Please note that the exchange tool can only be used if you are booking the same number of tickets at the same price, and you don’t have any add-ons attached to your order.

If you are unable to make the desired changes to your order using the exchange tool, please rebook and send your original and new booking reference by clicking here. Please allow 72 hours for a response.

Exchanges are unavailable within 24 hours of the date you are due to attend.

Can I purchase a Lightscape Gift Voucher?
If you would like to purchase a gift for a friend of family member we encourage you to consider an Anytime Pass allowing them to attend at anytime (between first and last entry) on a selected date. Gift Vouchers are not available for Lightscape in 2024.
