Where is my Voucher ID?
Your unique Voucher ID can be found on the front of all Ticketek Gift Vouchers.

How do I check my balance or expiry?
You can view the balance and expiry on your Ticketek Gift Voucher when you enter your Voucher ID on a Ticketek payment page. Don't worry though, until you finalise your purchase the value will remain on your voucher.
