Chatbot Terms & Conditions

Stella is Ticketek Pty Ltd’s generative artificial intelligence chatbot (Stella), which has been designed by Ticketek to:

  1. help you find event information;
  2. answer your questions; and
  3. guide you to information on our website.

By interacting with Stella on the Ticketek website (at www.ticketek.com.au ) or Ticketek App, you agree to these Chatbot Terms and Conditions (CT&Cs). Please read these CT&Cs carefully before you proceed. If you do not accept these CT&Cs please discontinue your interaction with Stella.

We may make changes to the Stella functionality, and/or update these CT&Cs periodically. The most current version of these CT&Cs is always available here on our website or on the Ticketek App. The CT&Cs apply in addition to the Ticketek Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms of Use of the website.

When we say "Stella", "Ticketek", "we", "our" or "us", we're referring to Ticketek Pty Ltd (ABN 92 010 129 110) in Australia.

Your Input

  1. You recognise that you are responsible for all customer generated content, including any questions you ask, and any prompts, messages, responses or other data that you provide to Stella.
  2. When interacting with Stella, you must not:
    1. provide personal or sensitive information about yourself;
    2. share confidential information; or
    3. share your username or password.
  3. If you inadvertently provide:
    1. any personal information, you consent to us treating it in accordance with our Privacy Policy; or
    2. your username or password, we recommend that you reset your password as soon as possible.
  4. Ticketek uses cookies to measure, collect, analyse and report anonymised data to better understand our users and improve Stella’s design and functionality. You can find out more about how we use cookies in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Statement.
  5. You must not use Stella in any manner that is harmful, misleading, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, or is otherwise illegal. If you interact with Stella in this way, without limiting other remedies, Stella may discontinue the conversation, and Ticketek may limit, suspend or terminate your MyTicketek account.

Your use of Stella

  1. You understand that Stella is an AI product, and your conversations are not monitored or curated by human Ticketek personnel.
  2. Stella formulates its output using information hosted on the Ticketek website, or (where its responses indicate so) from information collated by conducting a "web search". In the event Stella conducts a wider internet search in order to provide the requested output, you will be provided with links to the relevant source data.
  3. Including a link to a third-party website does not indicate that Ticketek endorses that website or its operator. Ticketek has no control over third-party websites, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services you may.
  4. You understand that the information presented to you by Stella as a result of conducting internet searches may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies and that it is not separately verified by Ticketek. You are responsible for verifying any such information and recognise that you should not rely solely upon information provided by Stella, especially when making planning and purchase decisions.
  5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticketek makes no guarantee or express or implied warranty in respect of the accuracy, completeness, currency, suitability, adequacy, availability, continuity, security or fitness for purpose of Stella and we disclaim any and all liability in relation to this.
