The FRIENDS™ Experience - General Admission tickets

Ticketek takes the issue of scalping seriously.

Please comply with any stated ticket limit for this event. If you exceed the ticket limit, Ticketek may at its discretion cancel any or all of your ticket orders and tickets without notice.

This includes ticket orders associated by the same name, email address, billing address/delivery address, credit card number or any other details provided to Ticketek.

Tickets for this event are timed in 30-minute increments. We recommend booking in advance online. Each timed entry has a limited capacity, and we expect this event to sell out. Tickets will be on sale at the venue when not sold out on event nights only.

We recommend booking in advance online. Each timed entry has a limited capacity, and we expect this event to sell out. Tickets will be on sale at the venue when not sold out on event nights only.

If I am delayed and miss my timeslot, can I join a later slot?
We cannot guarantee access to the Experience outside the hours indicated on your ticket.

If I book the wrong date, can I transfer/exchange my ticket to another date?
Yes. If you wish to exchange your tickets, please download the Ticketek AU app and login with your email address and password created to place your order. Once logged in, you'll be able to exchange your tickets (subject to availability). You can refer to our FAQ page here to see how this works on the app.

Please note that the exchange tool can only be used if you are booking the same number of tickets at the same price, and you don’t have any add-ons attached to your order.

Do you accept concession cards?
Yes. Accepted concession cards include Government Healthcare Cards, Pension Cards only. Please note that seniors cards and student cards are not accepted.

GST and Service Charges
All prices shown above are inclusive of GST. An additional service charge may be imposed by the ticketing provider.

Family ticket price conditions
A family ticket admits 2 adults and 2 children. Children must be aged 15 years and under to be eligible for the family ticket. Children aged 2 years and under are free of charge.

VIP ticket price conditions
Includes General Admission ticket (1), Exclusive Lanyard, Badge & Pin and FRIENDS™ themed gift box. Items will be available for collection on the day from the retail store. You will be required to present your ticket for collection.

Anytime Pass ticket price conditions
An Anytime Pass permits access on a chosen date, any time between the first advertised time-slot and last entry (10 minutes after the last advertised time-slot). Tickets are only valid on the date for which they are purchased. Customers with an Anytime Pass may still be required to queue when they choose to enter if they arrive at a busy time.

Group Anytime Pass Booking price conditions
Discounted group Anytime Pass tickets for 6 or more are available online – use the Group +1 feature for Groups 6. For larger group bookings, please email Friendstheexperience@lifeliketouring.com for information and pricing.

Anytime Concession Tickets
Anytime Concession tickets are available. Accepted concession cards include Government Healthcare Cards, Pension Cards only. Please note that seniors cards and student cards are not accepted.

Getting to The Fullerton Hotel is easy! The L2 & L3 Light Rail goes straight past hop off at the Martin Place Stop. Train stations within walking distance are Wynyard, Martin Place and Town Hall Stations. Those driving in can park at Wilson Parking 123 Pitt Street, or Secure Parking 1 Martin Place.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The majority of the Experience is fully accessible however some exhibits incorporate stairs and may not be suitable for all patrons. Please see a staff member if you have any questions or require assistance.

Do you accept Companion Cards?
Yes, holders of a government issued companion card can access a free ticket for their companion. Proof of eligibility will be required upon entry.

Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed, except for service animals.

Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely! Bring your smartphones and cameras to capture you and your friends in the most iconic set pieces from the show. There are also inhouse photo opportunities throughout the Experience.

Can I use cash at The FRIENDS™ Experience?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is a cashless event.

Is there pram parking?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is pram and buggy friendly. Please note there is very limited pram parking available and you are advised to carry valuables with you at all times.

Can I buy merch?
Of course! The FRIENDS™ Experience Store will be open to the public and ticketed patrons any time The FRIENDS™ Experience is open!

Are food and drinks allowed?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in The FRIENDS™ Experience, however bottled water is fine.

Will the characters or actors be there?
There will not be any talent from the original TV series onsite at any time
