Ticketek Collection Notice

We collect your personal information to deliver ticketing services to you including to create a Ticketek account (if you choose to), process your purchase, issue your tickets, contact you about the event and provide customer support as needed. If you choose not to provide this information, it may affect the level of service we can offer - including our ability to complete your account registration, processing your ticket purchase or notify you about event cancellations or venue changes.

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers and Event Partners who help us run our business - for example, payment processors, venue operators, promotors, sponsors, sporting clubs, artists, marketing platforms, authorised ticket on-sellers and re-sellers and other Ticketek Entertainment Group companies. Some of these providers may be located overseas. When we share your information, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected and handled securely, in line with Australian privacy laws.

We may use your contact details to let you know about similar events, special offers, or other marketing communications. You can opt out of these communications at any time. If you have a Ticketek account, you can also manage your communication preferences in your account settings.

If you've provided consent, our Event Partners may also contact you directly with their own marketing messages. To stop receiving these, you'll need to contact them directly.
