**Early Entry means you have priority access into the venue after the VIP Meet and Greet Package purchasers, there is no sectioned off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised).

• Age Restrictions: VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the concert. Participants under 18 years of age may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a VIP package) when participating in elements of the VIP package.

• Re-Sale Prohibited: All Package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

• No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) VIP Packages and contents are non-transferable, and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

• Package Details and Instructions: All VIP Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address submitted at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the concert. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please double check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any VIP communications, email VIP@frontiertouring.com

• Packages Subject to Change: All VIP Package items and experiences (including any preshow functions, times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

• Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

• Arrival Time: A component of your VIP Package may require you to be at the venue at a designated time. This may be well before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the VIP Package.

• Early Entry: Early Entry times to access the venue and the floor for the VIP Meet and Greet Package (General Admission Standing and Reserved Seating) and VIP Early Entry Package (General Admission Standing) will be staggered. VIP Meet and Greet Package purchasers will access the venue and the floor for the meet and greet opportunity before the VIP Early Entry Package Purchasers. There is no sectioned off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised) for General Admission Standing tickets. Exact times will be sent to all VIP Package purchasers closer to the show dates.

• Artist Interaction (e.g. Meet and Greet): There will be artist interaction for the VIP Meet and Greet Package only. The time of the meet and greet will be communicated closer to the show dates. There may be further conditions contained in the VIP Meet and Greet Package details and instructions provided by Frontier, which may be varied to reflect any Artist requirements.

• Artist Photograph: There will be an opportunity to take a photograph with the artist for the VIP Meet and Greet Package only. There may be further conditions contained in the VIP Meet and Greet Package details and instructions provided by Frontier, which may be varied to reflect any Artist requirements.

• Commemorative VIP Laminates: Commemorative VIP Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Commemorative VIP Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.

• VIP Package Components (e.g. Signed Poster, Commemorative VIP Laminate): All VIP components are to be picked up at the venue at the time designated for VIP check-in on the night of the concert.

• All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the above VIP Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
