1.VIP Packages details are subject to change. While we aim to deliver the VIP experience as described, certain elements may be modified or substituted without notice due to operational or artist-related circumstances.
2. All VIP packages are non-transferable. Name changes are generally not permitted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
3. All ticket sales are final, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy if the event is cancelled, significantly rescheduled or significantly relocated, or otherwise required by law.
4. Important: This offer is not valid for tickets purchased via Fan-to-Fan Resale.
5. By participating in any event with Rob Thomas, you agree that your name, photographic and/or video image, and voice may be used in any media (now known or later developed), globally and without restriction, for promotional and documentation purposes.
6.Non-ticket package elements (such as merchandise or experiences) are also non-transferable.
7. You will receive an email 2-3 days prior to the performance date with instructions on how to redeem your VIP Experience. Additional communication regarding your purchase may be sent via SMS text message to the phone number you provided during the purchase process. VIP activities may take place up to 3-4 hours before the event. Check-in details will also be posted HERE once confirmed.
8. Merchandise: Exclusive VIP merchandise may be shipped to the address provided at purchase or distributed at the event. If the merchandise is distributed on-site, we cannot ship your items if you choose not to pick them up. Shipped merchandise is not guaranteed to arrive before your show date. By purchasing a VIP package, you consent to your personal information being shared with the VIP provider for communication and merchandise fulfilment. Items not claimed within 90 days may be subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
9.Release and Liability: You agree to participate in the VIP experience at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, you agree to release and hold harmless Rob Thomas, TEG Van Egmond, Ticketek and associated parties, including their respective members, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, and severally “Released Parties”) from and against all claims (known and unknown), liabilities, injuries, death, loss and/or damages of any kind arising from your participation in the VIP Package and/or meet & greet, or the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the package or any related prizes. You assume all risks associated with the VIP Package or use or misuse of any related prizes, and you agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for any injury, harm, death, damages, costs, or expenses. This release does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
