Drawing upon ancient wisdom as well as cutting-edge neuroscience, Chad Lawson leads a unique session which explores how focused breathing techniques combined with live meditative music can help achieve a more relaxed state of mind. Lawson, who completed his Breathing Certification through the Loka Yoga School, utilizes original music and guided meditation to tune in to our own breathing, ease our minds and relax. Ultimately, Chad shows us that through our breath, we can regain conscious control of our emotions, body, and mind.
