The appearance of any member of cast is subject to change and may be affected by contracts, holiday, illness, or events beyond the producers’ control. No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result of an artist’s unavailability to perform at any performance.

Late-comers policy:
Patrons arriving late may not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.

Babes-in-arms Policy
Infants under the age of two are permitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat. Please click here for futher details on our Children at the Theatres policies.

Age recommendation
recommended for ages 10 and older. All persons aged 16 and under must be accompanied and sit next to the accompanying adult.

Hearing Assistance
Assistive Listening Devices: The Regent Theatre provides personal induction neck loops free of charge from the cloakroom, located inside the Stalls foyer. Patrons with hearing aids can utilise neckloops by switching the “T” Switch, or Telecoil position. We can also provide headsets for those without compatible hearing aids or who may prefer headsets.

Our Assistive Listening Devices are compatible with standard 3.5mm headphone jacks if patrons wish to bring their own headsets.

We aim to do our best and ensure patrons using Assistive Listening Devices can fully experience the show. If there are any issues with a device, please see a Front of House staff member for assistance.

Content Warnings
This sung-through musical (which contains loud music) centres on the final days of the life of Jesus. It depicts some violence and an onstage depiction of the crucifixion.

Special Effects
It contains flashing lights and visual effects, pyrotechnics, theatrical smoke and haze.

Recordings and Photography
Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.

Concession Ticket Price
Concession prices are only available to current holders of an Australian pension, seniors card or Students under the age of 18years. You will need to be able to present proof of your eligibility for the concession prior to admission to the Event.

Ticket Exchange Policy
Ticket exchanges MAY be available for this event. Requests can be submitted via HERE or phone 1300 11 10 11, option 3, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am to 4pm. Please note: All requests must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of the ticketed performance. Only 1 exchange per event will be allowed. A per ticket exchange fee of $9.80 applies up to a maximum of $29.40 per exchange transaction.

All requests are subject to availability at the time of exchange and must be of equal value of the original ticket(s) purchased.

If you wish to exchange to a higher priced ticket(s), you will be required to pay the full price of your new tickets, plus the applicable exchange fees and then a credit will be applied on your original date tickets.

No exchanges or refunds can be provided after the deadlines listed above or after a performance date unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges may also be available if the performance is postponed or rescheduled.

We can only assist customers who purchased their tickets via Ticketek, the authorised ticket seller for all Marriner Group venues (Regent Theatre, Comedy Theatre, Princess Theatre and Forum Melbourne) or through approved partners.
