Age Restrictions: Fan Experience tickets are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Event. Participants under 18 years of age may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a Fan Experience) when participating in elements of the Fan Experience.
Re-Sale Prohibited: All Fan Experience elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law), Fan Experience tickets are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Fan Experience Details and Instructions: Fan Experience instructions will be sent via email (to the email address submitted at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Event. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please email VIP@frontiertouring.com
Fan Experience is Subject to Change: All Fan Experience items and experiences (including any pre-show functions, times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, artist, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time: A component of your Fan Experience may require you to be at the venue at a designated time. This may be well before doors open or require you to stay after the show. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Fan Experience.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Fan Experience Terms and Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
