International Orders
Orders with international addresses will not be shipped. International customers can collect their Souvenir Ticket from the venue box office on event day. Souvenir Tickets not collected on event day, will not be shipped post event.

Souvenir Ticket - FAQs
Delivery:
Western Force, Queensland Reds, NSW Waratahs & ACT Brumbies Fixtures
For any purchases made on and after Wednesday 28th May will be Box Office Collection. Communication on collection locations will communicated 1 week prior to the applicable fixture.
AUS/NZ Invitational, First Nations & Pasifika, Wallabies Test Matches
For any purchases made on and after Friday 27th June will be Box Office Collection. Communication on collection locations will be communicated 1 week prior to the applicable fixture.
Souvenir tickets not collected on event day, will not be shipped post event.
Availability: Souvenir Tickets will be available for sale during all pre-sales
Missing Ticket? If you haven’t received your Souvenir Ticket one week before your event, please, contact ticketing@rugby.com.au to arrange a replacement.

Ticketek takes the issue of scalping seriously.

Please comply with any stated ticket limit for this event. If you exceed the ticket limit, Ticketek may at its discretion cancel any or all of your ticket orders and tickets without notice.

This includes ticket orders associated by the same name, email address, billing address/delivery address, credit card number or any other details provided to Ticketek.
