Your VIP Package includes VIP Entry Lane access and limited edition 84Fest memorabilia - 1x VIP laminate, 1x VIP lanyard and 1x Merchandise item.
Inclusions are per ticket, not per booking, and cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded separately.
Please note that the contact details provided at the point of purchase, email and mobile, are the details used to communicate all VIP information. We highly recommend you opt in to communications at the point of purchase, add maisonvn@tangevents.com.au to your safe senders list and follow us on Instagram @maison.vn.
An email will be sent to the original purchaser of the tickets approximately 10 days before the event with VIP check-in details, timings and additional information. Please contact us at maisonvn@tangevents.com.au if you do not receive the communication. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to follow up information if it is not received.
We will email the original purchaser approximately 60 days or earlier before the event to request and confirm your size for the 84Fest merchandise item. If no response is received by the date stated in that email, no specific size will be allocated to you, and your item will be subject to availability at collection.
Once confirmed, your size is final, no returns or exchanges will be offered on merchandise sizing.
VIP laminates, lanyards and merchandise are available for collection pre-show only, from VIP check-in at the venue. The purchaser's name must be known to check in and receive your benefits.
VIP items may be collected post-event at a designated collection point or posted to you at your cost.
VIP purchasers are advised to arrive early before doors open to ensure collection of all inclusions.
Collectible laminates and lanyards are commemorative only and do not gain or authorise access into the venue, the VIP Entry Lane or backstage areas. Entry is by valid ticket only.
The VIP Entry Lane is a separate point of entry only. It does not guarantee any entry time, queue position, seat, standing position or sightline, and is subject to venue capacity, security screening and crowd management. It may be closed, merged with general entry or relocated at the direction of the venue, security or emergency services.
Given the dynamic nature of live events, we may need to make changes to parts of your VIP Package including seating and entry arrangements, start times, merchandise, and other things. When changes need to be made, where possible, we will endeavour to provide alternatives that overall have an equivalent value as your package.
Please choose carefully as we will not provide refunds for a change of mind or because you can't make the event. Refunds and exchanges will only be made subject to ticketing terms and conditions, and applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
