Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show. Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.

Artist Interaction: There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show.

On Stage / Venue Photo (No Artist): Where your Package includes a Special On Stage Photo Opportunity (without the Artist), there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show.

Participation in the Special On Stage Photo is optional.

The Special On Stage Photo will be shared via email with all Package Purchasers.

Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only.

The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.

Package Components (such as Merchandise): Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
