Age Restrictions: VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Generally, children 15 and under may require supervision by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian will also be required to purchase a VIP Package) when participating in elements of the VIP Package where alcohol will be served at the Pre-Show Function and while on the General Admission Floor.

  • Adelaide Oval -Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (16 years or over). Access to General Admission on the Arena floor is recommended for guests 15 years and over.

Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.

Re-Sale: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.

Entry: Entry times to access the Venue for the Package will be staggered:
  • Rocket VIP Package (Reserved Seating) and Pretty Face VIP Package (Front General Admission) ticketholders will have access to the Venue at the same time, before public doors.
  • Pretty Face VIP Package (Front General Admission Standing) ticketholders will have access to the floor before all other ticketholders.

Artist Interaction: There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show

Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Commemorative Tour Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.

Package Components (eg Commemorative Tour Laminates): Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions. The Commemorative Tour Laminate will not be mailed to the Package Purchaser.

Your package booking includes a one-night stay at your chosen hotel. Extra nights either side of the event night are bookable via our travel partner Sound Travel Group Limited trading as Sound Travel (Sound Travel). Sound Travel will contact you within 7 days of placing your package booking.

Is it possible to upgrade my room?
Packages are typically based on a standard room category, so upgrades aren’t normally available. If you’d like to explore options, please contact Sound Travel who’d be happy to check for you. Sound Travel will contact you within 7 days of placing your package booking with your account details.

Can I arrange an early check in or late check out?
Check in and check out times vary and are specific to the hotel that you select as a part of your package.

Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and can be noted as a request via Sound Travel, who will pass these on to the hotel, but these can’t be guaranteed.

Do the ticket + hotel packages include transportation to the venue?
Our packages do not include transportation to the venue however, all our partner hotels are within a reasonable distance to the venue. You can view travel route suggestions within your package confirmation details of which will be available to you in your Sound Travel account area.

Post-Booking

When will I receive my ticket + hotel package confirmation?
Hotel packages are provided by Sound Travel.

Within 7 days of placing your booking you will be sent login details to a customer account area where you will be able to view your hotel booking and download your package confirmation.

How do I change the name on my booking?
You can change the name of the lead guest on your booking up to 15 days prior to your check in date.

You need to do this via Sound Travel and an amendment fee of $50 per change will be charged.

No amendments will be possible within 15 days prior to your check in date.

Do you need the names of all guests on my booking?
We only require the name of the lead guest, however if you have more than one room booked and will be checking in separately, please contact Sound Travel here and complete the following details:

  • full name
  • email address (same as the email address you used to place your booking)
  • Order Confirmation Number
  • the lead guest names for the additional room(s)

I have booked one package, how many rooms will I be allocated?
All our packages are based on two (2) people sharing one (1) room, each package includes two (2) event tickets and one (1) hotel room.

If you have purchased two (2) packages you will have four (4) tickets and two (2) hotel rooms.

I’ve booked multiple packages, can I guarantee that my rooms will be allocated next to each other?
Sound Travel will do their best to accommodate your request, subject to room availability. Please contact them here and provide the following:

I’ve contacted my hotel and they have no record of my booking
Our partner hotels will have access to your booking details from 14 days prior to the check in date. If you have any requests or questions about your hotel stay before this please contact Sound Travel here.

How can I arrange parking
Our partner hotels will have access to your booking details from 14 days prior to the check in date. If you would like to arrange parking or any other extras directly with the hotel, please do so within 14 days of your check in date.

Sound Travel cannot arrange pre-booked parking.

I need to cancel my package, can I get a refund?
Refunds for packages (including any extra nights) are only available if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or where required by Australian Consumer Law.

My package confirmation is incorrect
Sound Travel will investigate this for you. Please contact them here and provide the following details:

  • full name
  • email address (same as the email address you used to place your booking)
  • Order Confirmation Number

Do the ticket + hotel packages include transportation to the venue?
Our packages do not include transportation to the venue; however, all our partner hotels are located within a reasonable distance of the venue.

You can view travel route suggestions within your package confirmation details which will be available to you in your Sound Travel account area.

How can I download my tickets?
Details on how to access your tickets will be sent to you directly by the relevant ticketing company.

  • Ticket + Hotel packages (Hotel Packages) are provided by our travel partner, Sound Travel Group Pty Ltd (Sound Travel)
  • Each Hotel Package includes one (1) double/twin share hotel room and two (2) event tickets
  • Sound Travel will contact you within seven (7) days of booking your Hotel Package, inviting you to create a Sound Travel account where you can view your booking, request room configurations, and add extra nights
  • Sound Travel will contact you via email and phone using the details provided when booking your Hotel Package with AXS, Ticketek or Ticketmaster. Sound Travel are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by you at the time of booking your Hotel Package
  • All Hotel Package and extra night bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable
  • You must have adequate travel insurance in place for your trip. Travel insurance is not included in your package and must be arranged by you. It is your responsibility to ensure your policy provides appropriate cover for your needs
  • The relevant ticketing company and Frontier Touring are unable to help with the status of hotel arrangements, so please contact Sound Travel here with any queries relating to your Hotel Package
