Packages and inclusions, including communications and delivery, are facilitated by 237 Global. Age Restrictions
VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show, excluding the ICF: Warehouse, where Packages are only available for patrons aged 18 years and over.
Generally, children 14 and under will require supervision by a parent or legal guardian. 237 Global recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds
Subject to any applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of 237 Global.
Package Details and Instructions
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show. If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder. If you cannot locate any Package communications, please email: info@237global.com

All Package items and experiences may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and 237 Global, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This may be prior to doors opening. If you arrive late to your designated time, you may be deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Artist Interaction
There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show.
Commemorative Tour Laminates
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components (such as Merchandise)
Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
Merchandise Availability
Priority Access Merchandise Shopping provides early access to merchandise prior to general doors. Exact merchandise items, designs, styles, sizes and quantities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Merchandise offerings may vary from market to market and may not reflect merchandise available in overseas or other tour locations.
All sales are made subject to Frontier's Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between 237 Global's Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale (if any), these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier's Terms of Sale then to the furthest extent permitted by law the order of priority will be: (1) Frontier's Terms of Sale; then (2) these Package Additional Terms & Conditions; then (3) 237 Global's Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale.
