Flat floor seating: Sections 17, 18 and Sections 9-16 Row A.
Tiered seating has no handrail access except for Sections 1-8 Row N.

Entry during the procession is not permitted, Latecomers will be held at doors until the procession has ended.

Guests of graduating students will be able to enter the Hall 30 mins before the ceremony commences.

Free on knee policy: Children under 5 years of age are free on the knee and do not require a ticket for entry.

Exclusions:

  • No banners, posters, flags or signs larger than an A3 sheet of paper.
  • No large bags or backpacks - these can be put in the cloakroom
  • Prams and walkers must be stored in the designated area during the ceremony
  • No alcohol permitted in the Great Hall
  • No flash photography
  • No professional photography or videography
  • All non-alcoholic beverages in glass bottles are to be decanted
  • No entry during academic procession
