Age Restrictions:
Forum Melbourne: All Packages are only available to persons aged 18+.
Enmore Theatre: All packages excluding Meet & Greet VIP Package (Standing) are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Patrons 17 and under will automatically be allocated a Reserved Seated Ticket due to Venue licensing restrictions which restrict access to the floor. Children 14 and under may require supervision by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a Package) when participating in elements of the Package. We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds:
Subject to any applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final.
There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show.
If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com.
Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This may well be before doors open.
If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Entry:
Entry times to access the Venue/Auditorium for the Packages will be staggered:
- Meet & Greet (Standing) and Meet and Greet (Reserved Seating) ticket holders will enter the Venue/Auditorium first, before all other ticketholders.
- Early Entry ticket holders will enter the Venue/Auditorium before general ticket holders but after Meet & Greet (Standing) and Meet and Greet (Reserved Seating) ticket holders.
- General ticketholders will enter the venue after Meet & Greet (Standing), Meet and Greet (Reserved Seating) and Early Entry ticket holders.
Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.
Artist Meet & Greet:
Where your Package includes a Meet & Greet there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show, and we reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
Artist Photo:
Where your Package includes a photo with the Artist there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show, and we reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
Participation in the Artist Photo is optional.
Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only.
The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components (such as Merchandise):
Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions. Package components will not be mailed out and will not be held at the Venue for later collection.
Merchandise Availability:
Priority Access Merchandise Shopping provides early access to merchandise prior to general doors. Exact merchandise items, designs, styles, sizes and quantities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Merchandise offerings may vary from market to market and may not reflect merchandise available in overseas or other tour locations.
All sales are made subject to Frontier's Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier's Terms of Sale, Frontier's Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
