Handsome Tours, triple j and Laneway Presents horsegiirL!

Galloping straight out of Berlin, horsegiirL is bringing her boundary-pushing club euphoria down under with a brand new live show! The world’s first half-horse, half-human singer-songwriter, DJ, producer, spiritual guide and proud country girl is fresh off a landmark year. It took her to Coachella, Lollapalooza South America and New York Fashion Week, and one of her biggest festival sets yet at iii Points in Miami. She’s now in the middle of a string of sold-out headline dates across North America and Europe, before heading to Australia and New Zealand for Laneway 2027.

Her new EP, HARDCORE HEALING, is out now via horsegiirL/RCA Records. It’s a companion piece to her acclaimed debut album NATURE IS HEALING, and it takes her healing philosophy to the dancefloor through the euphoric energy of hardcore, happy hardcore and early European rave culture. The album centred on reconnection and the wisdom of the natural world; the five-track EP embraces movement, release, rage and collective catharsis. Executive produced by Count Baldor (PinkPantheress, Dorian Electrca) with co-production from horsegiirL’s long time friends FREE JIMI, Luvhunter, aamourocean, the EP features a trio of collaborations that further expand horsegiirL's sonic universe including the rave anthem ‘c*ntry girl rock’ with Dylan Brady, the euphoric ‘have u eva’ with French vocalist Cannelle, and ‘lonely 2night’ with Brooklyn hardstyle rapper Rocket Rese.

“Part of healing is embracing anger and rage and releasing that in a productive way,” says horsegiirL. “We aren’t always calm, collected, zen beings. Nature isn’t either.”

Prepare for an unforgettable, high-energy celebration when horsegiirL returns to Laneway Festival and performs two headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne.
