Please note that any bag larger than A4 size (including handbags/child and baby bags) are strictly not permitted in the venue.
Please consider the size of all bags and bring anything you need during the event in small bags of A4 size and under.

The Perth Wildcats or its stakeholders may, at their sole discretion:
(a) conduct searches of patrons for any items prohibited by law or by these Conditions of Entry;
(b) request identification from a patron if the Manager or its agents reasonably suspect that the patron is violating these Conditions of Entry;
(c) photograph a patron for identification purposes if the Manager or its agents reasonably suspect that the patron is violating these Conditions of Entry;
(d) confiscate any items prohibited by these Conditions of Entry or used to facilitate a breach of these Conditions of Entry.

A patron must not engage in courtsiding or the transmission of match data in any form (including by data scouts, data journalists, data commentators, etc.) without the express written consent of Basketball Australia. Any person suspected of engaging in this conduct will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and their personal information may be submitted to Basketball Australia. The Perth Wildcats reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any patron from the venue without compensation if their conduct is deemed by the Perth Wildcats or its stakeholders to violate these Conditions of Entry.
A patron who breaches these Conditions of Entry may be denied access to or evicted from the venue and/or banned from attending future events at the venue. A patron may also be asked for identification for the purposes of enforcing these Conditions of Entry, including for law enforcement or prosecution purposes.
