- Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to
the Show.
- Rod Laver Arena: Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Qudos Bank Arena: Children aged 15 years or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
- Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds:
Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately three (3) days before the Show. If you do not receive this email three (3) days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: vip@frontiertouring.com.
Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre and/or Post-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will be in advance of the ticketed time. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any
missed components of the Package.
Entry:
Exact times for venue entry will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates. Please note that both Xtraordinary Version X and Xtraordinary Version G VIP Package Holders will be granted entry to the venue at the same time, prior to general ticket holders.
Artist Interaction:
Artist interaction on the day of the show will be solely at the discretion of the Artist.
Photos or recordings during Pre-Show Sound Check Experience and Send-Off Event:
No photography, filming, and audio recordings at any time by patrons inside the concert area of the Venue during the Pre-Show Sound Check Experience and Send-Off Event after the Show.
The Frontier Touring Co Pty Ltd and its authorised representatives reserve the right to confiscate and/or request deletion of any footage, recordings and/or photos created by unauthorised or prohibited recording, filming or photography at the Pre-Show Sound Check Experience and/or Send-off Event after the Show.
Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Merchandise Availability:
Priority Access Merchandise Shopping provides early access to merchandise prior to general doors. Exact merchandise items, designs, styles, sizes, and quantities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Merchandise offerings may vary from market to market and may not reflect merchandise available in overseas or other tour locations.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
