By purchasing any of the VIP Packages, or otherwise redeeming or participating in the inclusions (“Listed Inclusions”), you (“the Purchaser”, “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions (which are in addition to Ticketek’s terms and conditions of sale, located at https://premier.ticketek.com.au/content/buyers/termsofsale.aspx ).
- The Listed Inclusions are subject to change and/or cancellation at any time without notice. Reasonable endeavours will be used to communicate to Purchasers if any changes do occur.
- Where you purchase the Megadeth VIP Merchandise Package, you acknowledge that there will be NO artist interaction included as part of the VIP package.
- VIP instructions for redeeming each package will be emailed 2-3 days prior to the event. Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilised for individual contact requirements as applicable. It is incumbent on the Purchaser to ensure the accuracy and currency of the contact details provided at the time of purchase. The VIP Provider, Ticketek and any other associated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the Purchaser at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product or experience.
- By purchasing this VIP ONE LIVE Package, you consent to your data being provided by Ticketek to the VIP Provider for the purposes of facilitating delivery of the VIP Package and providing necessary instructions, and in accordance with the Ticketek Privacy Policy.
- VIP programming (including early entry and pre-show photo op) will take place 2-3 hours prior to doors. The Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund if they are late to attend the VIP programming.
- Megadeth Meet & Greet Package VIP Merchandise must be collected at the venue during VIP check-in.
- Megadeth VIP Merchandise Package Merchandise will be shipped the week of the show to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES; all sales are final (subject at all times to all applicable laws and Ticketeks terms and conditions of sale regarding the ticket tothe show).
- By purchasing a VIP Package and attending show, you hereby agree that your name, photographic and/or video image, and voice may be used in any media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world for the VIP Provider and Ticketek’s promotional or archival purposes.
- RELEASE: You release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the VIP Provider, the promoter, venue, Ticketek and any other associated parties and its respective members, officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against all claims (known and unknown), liabilities, injuries, death, loss and/or damages of any kind arising from your participation in the VIP Packages or the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any Listed Inclusions. You assume all risks associated with the VIP Packages or use or misuse of any Listed Inclusions, and you agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for any injury, harm, death, damages, costs, or expenses, to the full extent permitted by law.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Ticketek terms and conditions, the Ticketek terms and conditions shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
