Age Restrictions:
Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Melbourne Shows: VIP Packages are only available to persons aged 18+.
All Other Shows: Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Patrons 15 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Where patrons require adult accompaniment, the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a VIP package when participating in elements of the VIP package.
We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds:
Subject to any applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and shall sales are final.
There are no refunds or exchanges.
Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package Purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show.
If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, double-check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package Communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com.au
Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketek Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time:
A component of the Angus & Julia Sound Check Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will usually be before doors open.
If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the package.
Entry:
Exact times will be sent to all Angus & Julia Sound Check Package purchasers closer to the Show date.
Artist Group Photo:
Where your Package includes an opportunity for a Group Photo (with the Artist) there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show. The Group Photo will be sent via email to all Package Purchasers. We provide no guarantee in respect of the artist distribution of the Group Photo after it is shared with all Package Purchasers.
Participation in the Group Photo is optional.
Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only.
The Package Laminates does not gain or authorize access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components (such as Merchandise):
Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
Merchandise Availability:
Priority Access Merchandise Shopping provides early access to merchandise prior to general doors. Exact merchandise items, designs, styles, sizes and quantities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Merchandise offerings may vary from market to market and may not reflect merchandise available in overseas or other tour locations.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the fullest extent permitted by law.
