By providing your personal information and purchasing a VIP Package you agree to AEG Presents using that information to communicate directly with you in respect of your VIP Package.
Fulfilment: Packages and inclusions, including delivery, are facilitated by AEG Presents. Age Restrictions: Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Children 14 and under may require supervision by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase VIP package when participating in elements of the VIP Packages. We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase. Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited: All ATINY VIP Package and Fantasy VIP Package elements outside of the ticket will be rendered invalid if resold on any platform.
No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of AEG Presents.
Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Show. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please double check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: ateezvip@aegpresents.com
Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show events, times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and AEG Presents, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Entry: Entry times to access the Venue for the Package will be staggered. ATINY VIP Package holders will be permitted entry to the Venue before Fantasy VIP Package holders. Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.
Artist Interaction: Artist interaction on the day will be at the Artist’s discretion. Any further clarificationon what may or may not be permitted will be communicated five (5) days prior to your show date.
Photos or recording during Sound Check Party: photography, filming, and audio recording at any time by patrons inside the concert area of the Venue during the Sound Check Party will be at the artist’s sole discretion.
Photos or recording during Send-Off Event: photography, filming, and audio recording at any time by patrons at the Send-Off Event is permitted but Artist will not take selfies with patrons
Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Commemorative Tour Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components (such as Merchandise): Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between AEG Presents Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale (if any), these VIP Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale then to the furthest extent permitted by law the order of priority will be: (1) Frontier’s Terms of Sale; then (2) these VIP Package Additional Terms & Conditions; then (3) AEG Presents Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale.
