Australian Orders: These will be shipped to the address listed in your My Ticketek account.

International Orders: Orders with International addresses will not be shipped. Any customers with international addresses will be able to collect their Souvenir Ticket from the venue box office on event day.

  • Souvenir Tickets will be posted and arrive no later than one week prior to the event. Please ensure your delivery address is up to date in your My Ticketek account.
  • Souvenir Tickets will be dispatched via AusPost.
  • Souvenir Tickets will be available for sale during all pre-sales.
  • Customer names will not be printed on the Souvenir Tickets.
