Age Restrictions:
VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show.
Patrons 15 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Where patrons require adult accompaniment, the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a VIP Package when participating in elements of the VIP Package.
We recommend you check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase. Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds:
Subject to any applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately three (3) days before the Show. If you do not receive this email three (3) days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com
Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason. Where a material Package inclusion cannot be provided, a substitute inclusion of reasonably equivalent value may be provided where practicable.
Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Entry:
Entry and check-in arrangements may vary by Venue and Package. EMPYREANS SUPER VIP M&G EXPERIENCE package holders will enter the venue/auditorium before ASK THAT GOD VIP SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE package holders.
Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.
Early Entry or First/Priority Access does not guarantee a particular position or viewing location within a General Admission area unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Artist Meet & Greet:
Where your Package includes a Meet & Greet there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show, and we reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
Artist Photo:
Where your Package includes a photo with the Artist there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show, and we reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
Participation in the Artist Photo is optional.
Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components (such as Merchandise):
Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
Merchandise Availability:
Early access to Merchandise Shopping provides early access to merchandise prior to general doors. Exact merchandise items, designs, styles, sizes and quantities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Merchandise offerings may vary from market to market and may not reflect merchandise available in overseas or other tour locations.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
