Post a short video (under 1 minute) on Instagram or TikTok showing content from any event Ticketek sells tickets for (sports, concerts, comedy, family shows - you name it!).
Tag @Ticketek and use #TicketekFan in the post.
Check your DMs! Reply to Ticketek’s direct message with written confirmation you are 18+, written consent granting us permission to repost your video on our official channels, and your email address to lock in your entry.
The promotion kicks off at 8:00 AM AEST on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. Make sure your video is posted and DM consent is completed within this window!
We love showing off our fans! Reaching out via DM allows us to get your official permission to share your video on Ticketek's channels, verify you are 18+, and collect your email address so we can deliver your $100 gift voucher if you win. Once you reply to our message with those details, you have officially entered this competition.

No. Ticketek has the right to publish fan video entries once written approval is received via direct message. Reposting fan content does not guarantee that you have won a voucher.
Five (5) winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on originality and engagement. This is a game of skill with no element of chance involved.
Unlimited entries per person on each Social Media Platform are permitted during the promotional period! However, each individual is only entitled to one prize.
Winners will be notified via Direct Message on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 and tagged in announcement posts across Instagram/TikTok stories and in-feed posts. The $100 Ticketek Gift Voucher will be emailed straight to the winner.
If a winner does not respond via the social media platform within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a re-selection will take place the next business day.
