Magical Pass Terms & Conditions

Limited availability. Make sure you select a Magical Pass seat when purchasing tickets.
Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must EACH have a Magical Pass show ticket to attend. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Magical Pass information will be emailed out AT LEAST 5 DAYS before the day of the show.
Character greeting included with Magical Pass starts 45 minutes before the show. They will conclude promptly 15 minutes before show time.
You will EACH receive your collectable lanyard onsite at the venue on the day of the show at the designated location.
