Refund Process
Sit tight - All tickets purchased (including refundable ticket purchases, if relevant) will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method used. Customers do not need to take any action.
If you purchased your tickets at a Ticketek Agency or using Ticketek Gift Vouchers, we do not have card details on file to process your refund automatically. Please provide us with your bank account details here by Tue 17 Nov 2026, so we can process your refund.
In most cases, our customers see the funds appear in their account within 5 business days, however, in some limited cases, it may take up to 20 business days for these processes to complete. Please bear with us while we process your refund.
