Taronga Zoo Sydney | Concert Lawns
Twilight at Taronga will take place on the Concert Lawns at Taronga Zoo, which is an unreserved picnic-style lawn (first-come, first-served). Please note that seating is not provided unless you purchase a VIP Ticket or a Chillazy Chair.

Age Restriction:
Twilight at Taronga is an all-ages event. Please note children under 16 years old cannot attend unaccompanied and must be supervised by an accompanying adult (18 years or older)

.Lil' Twilight - Children aged 1 year and under are admitted free of charge. Children aged 2 years and over require a valid ticket.)

Twilight at Taronga - Children aged 3 years and under are admitted free of charge. Children aged 4 years and over require a valid ticket.)

Accessibility:
Taronga is an accessible site and there is wheelchair access to the Concert Lawns. A shuttle bus is available to transport those who require mobility assistance from outside Taronga Zoo’s main entry to the concert lawns both before and after the concert. Please contact us on tz@zoo.nsw.gov.au if you have any questions.

Taronga Zoo is situated on Bradley’s Head Road, Mosman, Sydney. You can get to the Zoo by a ferry ride from Circular Quay, bus or by car. Visit www.transportnsw.info or call 131 500 for up-to-date information and timetables. Alternatively, Taronga Zoo has a multi-storey car park with limited parking available for a flat rate of $24.

Important:
• For General Admission ticket holders, the seat number displayed on your Ticketek ticket is for ticketing purposes only and does not reserve a seat or space on the concert lawns.
• Taronga Zoo is a licensed venue. BYO alcohol, glass, and sharp knives, including cheese knives are strictly prohibited.
• Bag checks will be conducted on entry and all alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages in unsealed containers (including glass, cans or hard plastics) will be confiscated.
• BYO food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in sealed containers only. No glass.
• Taronga Zoo is a cash-free venue.
• As an outdoor event, Taronga Zoo is subject to weather. The event will proceed rain or shine.
• Taronga Zoo has some steep slopes and steps - comfortable footwear is highly recommended.
• Free water refill stations are available on site, so bring your empty reusable water bottles, no glass!

Arrival information:
If you have purchased a VIP ticket, please enter via the general event entry and make your way to the concert lawns, where your reserved seats are located in the upper section of the venue. On arrival, a Taronga host will welcome you, check your tickets, and escort you to your seats. If you need assistance locating the VIP area, please speak with a Taronga staff member.

Please have your ticket and seat number ready, as VIP seating is reserved.

Twilight at Taronga Retreat Package

By purchasing the Twilight at Taronga Retreat Package, you'll enjoy escorted early access, giving you the opportunity to secure a prime viewing position on the concert lawns. The Wildlife Retreat at Taronga is a luxurious eco-retreat, nestled in the heart of Taronga Zoo which is a short walk from the concert lawns.

Package inclusions are for Two Adults in a single room with either 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds:
• Escorted early access to secure a prime viewing position on the concert lawns*
• Overnight stay in luxury accommodation for two adults
• Breakfast at Me-Gal restaurant for two adults
• Complimentary 2 day parking
• 2 day complimentary entry into the Zoo

Please note:
• If you have 2 Adults sharing one room, you only need to book 1 package.
• This package does not include your Twilight concert ticket. This package can only be purchased as an add on to your concert ticket
• Our rooms accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, you will require an additional room if you have 2 or more children, please contact our Reservations team for assistance.
