Age restrictions
Only available to persons aged 18+. Enmore Theatre does not allow patrons under 18 access to the General Admission Floor.
Age is assessed as at the date of the show, not the date of purchase.
Re-sale prohibited
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No refunds
Subject to applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law), packages are non-transferable and all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Name changes are at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package details and instructions
All package purchasers will be contacted by email approximately three (3) days before the show. If you don't receive this email, check your junk/spam folder. For further assistance, contact VIP@frontiertouring.com.
Packages subject to change
All package items, experiences, times, locations, and inclusions may vary by market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser information
You are responsible for ensuring your contact details (email and mailing address) provided at the time of purchase are correct and current. Frontier and affiliated parties are not responsible for undelivered products resulting from incorrect information.
Arrival time
Some package components may require you to be at the venue at a designated time, which may be before doors open. Arriving late is deemed a forfeiture of any missed components. Exact times will be sent three (3) days prior to the show.
Artist interaction
There is no artist interaction or involvement on the day of the show.
Commemorative tour laminates
Tour laminates are for commemorative purposes only. They do not grant or authorise access to the venue or any backstage areas.
Package components — collection
All package components (including commemorative tour laminate and lanyard) must be collected at the venue at the designated time. Components will not be mailed out and will not be held for later collection.
General
All sales are made subject to Frontier's Terms of Sale and applicable laws. In the event of any conflict, Frontier's Terms of Sale take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
