VIP Package Age Restrictions:
Unplugged & Unfiltered VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the show(s).
Venue Age Restrictions:
Enmore Theatre (Lic. AA):
The Show is licensed all ages, however, the venue strongly recommends patrons aged 15 years and under are accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Patrons under the age of 18:
- are restricted to Reserve Seated tickets;
- may only access to floor for the purposes of the Acoustic Experience and Fan Q&A only; and
- will not be able to access the General Admission Area during the show.
All other shows (18+):
Entry is restricted to persons aged 18+.
Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds:
Subject to any applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Show. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: vip@frontiertouring.com.
Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Artist Photograph:
There will be an opportunity to take a photograph with the artist in the Meet and Greet component of your package. There will be further conditions, details and instructions provided by Frontier closer to your show date, which may be varied to reflect any Artist requirements.
Fan Q&A:
Where your Package includes a Fan Q&A there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show, and we reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
