There are ramps throughout the site, as well as lifts in all venues, and all turnstiles have an accessible entry option for those who may need it.

TICKETS & SEATING
Wheelchair bays and accessible seating must be pre-booked through the Melbourne Park Accessible Seating service:
- Reach them by phone on 03 9286 1208;
- Submit a request to be contacted online here.
The Melbourne Park Accessible Seating team will contact you to finalise the transaction. If there is still availability, you can also get your tickets on the day from the accessible ticket window at the venue's Box Office.
VENUE ACCESSIBILITY
All venues have wheelchair accessible seating bays. These bays have wheelchair space with a seat free alongside for a friend or relative.
There are plenty of accessible toilets (larger, wider cubicle with a door opening outwards) available throughout the venues.
There’s also a Changing Places toilet in John Cain Arena, beside the Information Desk and in Rod Laver Arena at Door 7. Guests can use their MLAK to access these facilities or collect a key from the venue Information Desk.
We have FM Transmitters which work across the seating bowl of Rod Laver Arena, John Cain Arena and Margaret Court Arena. These can be collected from the relevant arena information desk each day. Patrons need to provide their own headphones.
Accessibility ramps are across the precinct and are a major part of the Melbourne Park Precinct redevelopment, including an improved ramp from Garden Square to Rod Laver Arena.
Rod Laver Arena has internal ramps from the concourse to the seating bowl, located at doors 1, 2 and 9.
