Important Information regarding Priority Groups

Members in different priority groups who wish to attend together must register under the lower priority group. For example, a Priority 1 Member who wishes to attend with Priority 2 Members must register with them in Priority 2 and will be processed with them as part of Priority 2 (forgoing Priority 1 access).

It is the responsibility of the member to ensure the correct Priority Group is selected when completing registration.

Please remember it does not matter what time you register. All registrations will be randomised to determine the order in which tickets will be allocated. Priority 1+ will be first, followed by Priority 1 and Priority 2 (subject to availability).

Members Holding Companion Cards or Requiring Accessibility Tickets
All members within your group will require a Grand Final Accessible Registration barcode. If members who are registering in your group have not received a Grand Final Accessible Registration barcode, please contact Hawthorn Membership Team on 03 9535 3045 to rectify the issue.
To understand the ticket options available to members who hold a Companion Card or require an Accessible Ticket, please refer to the details on the Hawthorn Football Club website.

Priority 1+ & Priority 1 Members Please Note
At the time of registration, members can elect not to receive Standing Room ticket(s), however we strongly recommend all members select Option 1 – ‘Accept best avail ticket - Including Standing Room’ at the time of registering to retain guaranteed (P1+ and P1) access to a Grand Final ticket.

View the Hawthorn Football Club Finals Hub.

Ticketek takes the issue of scalping seriously.

Please comply with any stated ticket limit for this event. If you exceed the ticket limit, Ticketek may at its discretion cancel any or all of your ticket orders and tickets without notice.

This includes ticket orders associated by the same name, email address, billing address/delivery address, credit card number or any other details provided to Ticketek.
