The Iconic Guinness World Record holding arena event the Schools Spectacular returns to Afterpay Arena with the theme ORIGINAL!

This annual event celebrates youth, education, culture, diversity and extraordinary young Australian talent and will feature over 5,500 students from across New South Wales public schools in a professional production of music, song and dance. As well as the arena event, the free preshow outdoor festival, SpecFest provides additional Spectacular entertainment prior to the show.

The 2026 Schools Spectacular, Original, is a celebration of artistic excellence, forward-thinking creativity and collaboration—uniting students to champion fresh ideas, bold innovation, individuality, and a relentless pursuit of inspiring achievement in a performance that leads us boldly into the future.

This is an event for the whole family and is not to be missed.
