1. Ticket Usage: Suite tickets are for personal use by patrons and their representatives. Resale or unauthorised use is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
2. Alcohol Consumption: Patrons are responsible for ensuring alcohol is consumed responsibly by guests who are of legal drinking age and not unduly intoxicated.
3. Noise and Disruption: Keep noise levels within suites reasonable to avoid disrupting other event attendees.
4. Compliance with Arena Policies: All patrons and their representatives must adhere to Arena-specific policies, including conditions of entry, dress codes, and any additional management directives.
5. Responsible Conduct: Patrons and their representatives must refrain from illegal activities, including unauthorised gambling or substance use.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval, except for verified dietary requirements.
Smoking is prohibited in all Arena areas, including suites, with designated smoking zones available.
6. Damage and Repairs: Patrons will be held accountable for any damages caused by themselves or their representatives within the suite or Arena. Any necessary repairs or cleaning will be charged to the patron.
7. Intellectual Property: Patrons must respect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable laws.
8. Breach of Guidelines: Management reserves the right to remove patrons or their guests from the suite or Arena for any serious or repeated guideline violations. Repeated infractions may result in cancellation of tickets without refund.
