Age Restrictions: VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show excluding ICF: Outdoor, where Packages are only available to patrons aged 18 years and over.
Generally, children 14 and under will require supervision by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a VIP Package) when participating in elements of the VIP Package. We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.

Re-Sale Prohibited: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final.
There are no refunds or exchanges.
Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Show.
If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com.
Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Entry: The Last Forever Fan Experience Package purchasers will have priority access into the Venue and Auditorium before all other ticketholders for the Pre-Show Experience. The Last Forever Fan Experience Package Purchasers may be unable to remain in the auditorium after the Pre-Show Experience. However, The Last Forever Fan Experience Package purchasers will enter/re-enter the Auditorium before The Soft VIP Package purchasers and general ticketholders.
The Soft Vip Package purchasers will have priority access into the Venue before general ticketholders, but after the Last Forever Fan Experience Package holders.
The Soft Vip Package purchasers will enter the Auditorium before general ticketholders, but after the Last Forever Fan Experience Package holders.
Please note: there is no sectioned-off area on the floor.
Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.
Artist Interaction: There will be Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show for LANY The Last Forever Fan Experience Package holders.
Artist Group Photo: Where your Package includes an opportunity for a group photo (with the Artist) there may be further conditions contained in the Package Details and Instructions provided closer to the Show.
Participation in the Group Photo is optional.
The Group Photo which may be taken by a photographer, will be sent via email to all Package purchasers.
We provide no guarantees in respect of use and distribution of the Group Photo after it is shared with all Package purchasers.
Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only.
The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components (such as Merchandise): Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
