Adelaide Entertainment Centre tickets

As car parking availability on-site is limited, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre encourages the use of public transport as a means of getting to and from events.

Take the Tram! It's free between the City and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. $5.00 park & ride & $15.00 concert parking.

EVENT PARKING

On-site car parking is limited to approximately 1,400 parks. Cost for Event car parking is $15 per vehicle. Public entry to the car park is via Gate 2, Gate 3 & Gate 4 only.

It is recommended that patrons wanting to park at the venue arrive at least 1 hour prior to the performance.

DISABLED PARKING

Mobility restricted parking is available in the car park, subject to availability at the time of booking. Please contact the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 08 8208 2222 in advance of the event to reserve your car park. Parking is limited. Patrons’ vehicles must display the appropriate permit from the Motor Registration Department.

TRAIN

The Bowden Train Station is within approximately 150m of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and provides easy pedestrian access to and from the Centre. For Public Transport information visit Adelaide Metro.

TAXI

Taxi stands are located on both sides of Port Road in close proximity to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre's main entry.

BUS

Bus stops are within close proximity (50-80m) to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. For Public Transport information visit Adelaide Metro. Refer to bus timetables 115, 150, 157.

BICYCLE

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre provides bicycle parking rails at the front of the facility which provide the opportunity for cyclists to secure bikes.

TRAM

The Tram is the cheapest and most convenient way to get to and from the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Tram services between the City and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre are free of charge and services operate with a good level of frequency. The tram station is located immediately in front of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. For public transport information visit Adelaide Metro.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena caters for a large number of people and most Arena seating can only be accessed by stairs.

STAIRS: ARENA FLOOR

Seating in sections A - P is located on the Arena Floor. All access to these sections is via 31 stairs down to Doors 2/4, Doors 8/10, Doors 13/15 or Doors 19/21.

STAIRS: ARENA AUDITORIUM

Access to Sections 5 - 32 is via stairs up from the Foyer Level. There are a minimum of 7 stairs up to Row A and a maximum of 46 stairs up to Row P.

Access to Sections 1 - 4 is via stairs down from the Foyer Level. There are a minimum of 3 stairs down to Row GG and a maximum of 15 stairs down to Row AA.

There are no stairs to the wheelchair areas which can be accessed directly from the Arena foyer (ground) level. There are 3 stairs down to the mobility restricted seating in Row GG.

LIFTS

There is no public lift access to the arena floor.

HEARING AUGMENTATION SYSTEM

Patrons who require hearing assistance can purchase seats in any area of the Arena and have access to an FM audio system. In the Arena, simply bring your FM receiver, headset and tune into 88.3FM.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

Wheelchair and mobility restricted seating is available throughout the Arena Auditorium, with seating for accompanying companions. As per all seating in the venue, this area is subject to availability.

Wheelchair and mobility restricted seating can only be booked here or by visiting an agency.

Disabled toilets are located throughout the venue.

SIGHT IMPAIRED

Patrons with sight impairment who do not wish to sit in general seating areas may purchase seats in our Mobility Restricted areas to ensure easy access to and from the building. See the Wheelchair Access section for details on purchasing tickets.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs are always welcome at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre Theatre caters for a medium number of people and tiered Theatre seating can only be accessed by stairs. Flat floor seating can be accessed without stairs via Door 1.

STAIRS: THEATRE

All sections, except Section G, are flat floor seating.

Section G is tiered seating. There are a minimum of 2 stairs up to Row A and a maximum of 24 stairs up to Row M

STAIRS: ACCESSIBLE SEATING

There are no stairs to the wheelchair areas, which can be accessed directly from the Orb entrance (ground) level.

It is not unusual at some events for patrons to stand in front of their seats to enjoy the show. This is permitted. However, patrons should consider others around them.

As soon as event running times are available they will be on the individual event page of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre - website These times are subject to change.

Reserved Seating and/or General Admission Standing dependent on the type of event. Customers are advised to check the event page for more information.

Minors under the age of 12 are to be accompanied by a parent /carer at all events. Some events may have specific age restrictions. Customers are advised to check the event page for more information.

Complimentary earplugs are available from our Cloak Room adjacent to Arena Door 22. Alternatively, please approach our friendly staff if you require earplugs.

The Arena has First Aid rooms adjacent to Doors 1 and 12 at Arena Foyer Level, and another located at Arena Floor Level. The Theatre has a First Aid Room located in its rear Foyer. Volunteers from St John attend most concerts. Please ask our friendly staff immediately should you or a companion be in need of assistance.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has fixed and mobile food and beverage outlets available for Arena and Theatre concerts within the foyer areas and other public spaces. The Centre offers a wide variety of confectionery, and soft and alcoholic beverages. Food items are limited to baguettes, hot chips, wedges, pizza slices, burgers, hot dogs, pies, pasties, and sausage rolls. The range of product offerings may vary from event to event depending on audience size and event type.

The Cloak Room is located adjacent to Door 22 in the Arena Foyer. It is not available for all events.

Booster seats are available on request. Numbers are limited.

Binoculars can be hired from the Cloak Room next to Door 22 in the Arena Foyer at a cost of $5.00 per binocular. A form of photo ID is required to be left and returned upon return of the binocular. This service is not available for all events.

As part of our efforts to deliver more efficient service, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre is a fully cashless venue. We accept payment via card only for all onsite charges, including car parking, food, beverages and merchandise. Major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay) are accepted.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is prohibited. When possible, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre will nominate a secure outdoor smoking area. Ask our friendly staff for directions.
