• All merchandise will be collected on site on the day of the show, some exceptions may apply.
• VIP now will offer a refund or exchange of ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the relevant venue, promoter or person responsible for the event (the “Seller”) (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If a VIP event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller then all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased
• If applicable, Early Entry refers to first access onto the floor, there is no sectioned off area (unless otherwise stated).
• All merchandise, and amenities are subject to change by the Seller
• The Seller is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product
• All VIP offers and experience purchases may vary market-by market and are subject to modification where reasonably required by a Seller. Any required changes to purchased VIP experience purchases will be communicated promptly to your email address provided or other contact details. Where an inclusion or experience in a VIP package is no longer available the Supplier will use reasonable endeavours to substitute for anther inclusion or experience of equivalent value

Please note: The Souvenir Ticket is a keepsake only, not your ticket into the event.

International Orders
Orders with international addresses will not be shipped. International customers can collect their Souvenir Ticket from the venue box office on event day. Souvenir Tickets not collected on event day, will not be shipped post event.

• Delivery: Tickets will be posted by Ticketek and should arrive no later than one week before the event. Please ensure your delivery address is correct in your My Ticketek account at the time of purchase.
• Shipping: Dispatched on behalf of Ticketek AU.
• Availability: Souvenir Tickets will be available for sale during all pre-sales
• Personalisation: Customer names will not be printed on the Souvenir Tickets.
• Missing Ticket? If you haven’t received your Souvenir Ticket one week before your event, please, contact souvenirtickets@ticketek.com.au to arrange a replacement.
