Space is extremely limited. Soft or rubber-soled shoes are required on court, and all minors must be accompanied by an adult with their own Magic Pass Ticket. Magic Pass takes place from 90 MINUTES BEFORE THE MAIN SHOW. No refunds for late arrivals. No exceptions.

Terms & Conditions

• A Magic Pass ticket must be purchased in addition to a general admission ticket to the Harlem Globetrotters game, and does not include a general admission ticket.
• The Magic Pass ticket entitles the purchaser to 30 minutes on court with both Globetrotters and Generals players prior to the relevant Harlem Globetrotters game, including the option to participate in the Play With A Pro Challenge, and Magic Circle Moment.
• The Magic Pass experience takes place from 90 minutes prior to the relevant Harlem Globetrotters game. No refunds for late arrivals.
• Soft or rubber-soled shoes are required on court, and the organisers reserve the right to prevent participation in the event appropriate footwear is not worn.
• All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with their own Magic Pass ticket and general admission ticket.
• Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilised for individual contact requirements as applicable.
• All merchandise will be available to purchase on site on the day of the Harlem Globetrotters game.
• The Seller will offer a refund or exchange of the Magic Pass ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the relevant venue, promoter or person responsible for the event (the “Seller”) (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If a Harlem Globetrotters event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller then all liability is limited to the amount for which the Magic Pass ticket was purchased.
• All merchandise, and amenities are subject to change by the Seller.
• The Seller is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product or experience.
• All Magic Pass experience purchases may vary market-by market and are subject to modification where reasonably required by a Seller. Any required changes to Magic Pass experience purchases will be communicated promptly to your email address provided or other contact details. Where an inclusion or experience in a Magic Pass is no longer available the Seller will use reasonable endeavours to substitute for another inclusion or experience of equivalent value.
