Age Restrictions: Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. ticket to the Show. Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Qudos Bank Arena, and RAC Arena – any patron 15 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Rod Laver Arena – any patron 11 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase. Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase

Re-Sale Prohibited: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show. If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, please double check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com

Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.

Entry: Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.

Artist Interaction: There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show.

Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.

Package Components (such as Merchandise - Tour Gift): Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.

All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
