Re-Sale Prohibited: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show. If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, please double check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com

Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.

Artist Interaction: There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show.
