Packages and inclusions, including delivery, are facilitated by AEG Presents. Age Restrictions:
We recommend you check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase. Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
All other Shows:
VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. VIP Participants may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to
purchase a VIP package) when participating in elements of the VIP package.
Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds:
Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of AEG Presents.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at
the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Show.

Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including times, locations, and package
inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for
any reason.
Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and AEG Presents, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect
information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated
time. This may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Entry:
Entry times to access the Venue for the Package may be staggered. How Good Is That VIP Package will enter the Venue and floor first ahead of all other ticketholders. Exact times will be sent to all VIP Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.
Artist Interaction:
There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show.
Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components:
Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions, otherwise you will be deemed to have forfeited this portion of your package which is non-refundable.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between AEG Presents Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale (if any), these VIP Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale then to the furthest extent permitted by law the order of priority will be:
(1) Frontier’s Terms of Sale; then (2) these VIP Package Additional Terms & Conditions; then (3) AEG Presents Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale.
