Age Restrictions: VIP packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the concert.
Re-Sale Prohibited: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds: Early Entry packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions: Early Entry package instructions will be sent via email approximately 5 days before the concert. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please email VIP@frontiertouring.com
Packages Subject to Change: All Early Entry package items and experiences (including any pre-show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier is not responsible where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time: A component of your Early Entry package will require you to be at the venue at a designated time. This will be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Early Entry package. Early Entry means you have first access into the venue, there is no sectioned off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised).
Early Entry Laminates: Early Entry laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Early Entry laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.
Early Entry Laminate Collection: The Early Entry laminate is to be picked up at the venue, on night of the show.
Artist Interaction: There is NO ARTIST INTERACTION OR INVOLVEMENT ON DAY OF SHOW.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the below Early Entry Package Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
