TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT

RESERVATION AND TICKET ISSUE
Transport for NSW and Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) are unable to issue a final rail timetable until approximately two weeks out from the event.

Advertised journey times are subject to change and all tickets sold prior to the final timetable confirmation will be issued as a RESERVATION ONLY. Once the final rail timetable is issued Steamfest will confirm you reservation, and dispatch your tickets.

ACCESSIBILITY
Due to the Heritage nature of the train carriages, there is no provision for wheelchairs, walking frames, prams, strollers or any other large items to be taken on board. Steamfest will offer cloak facilities to store such items near the entrance to the Maitland Railway Station platform.

DELIVERY METHOD
All tickets sold for Hunter Valley Steamfest will be E-tickets.

All tickets purchased will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONLY. Tickets will not be available for download until the final timetable is confirmed, approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Ticketek takes the issue of scalping seriously.

Please comply with any stated ticket limit for this event. If you exceed the ticket limit, Ticketek may at its discretion cancel any or all of your ticket orders and tickets without notice.

This includes ticket orders associated by the same name, email address, billing address/delivery address, credit card number or any other details provided to Ticketek.
