ACCESSIBLE TICKETING

Ed Sheeran fans with accessible needs can buy online. Simply click on the Accessible filter to view the Accessible Ticketing types available for the event.

Ed Sheeran fans will also have the option to submit an Accessible Ticket booking form. Accessible forms for the Ed Sheeran - Loop Tour will be available on the Ticketek site when tickets go on sale. Adelaide Oval is a licensed venue. Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (aged 16 or older) and must have a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age. Access to General Admission on the Arena floor is recommended for guests aged 15 and over. Sightlines may be obstructed by standing patrons, and this area may not be suitable for younger children.

By ordering Ed Sheeran's Play album, you consent to Ticketek providing your contact details (including your name, email and address) to Warner Music Australia in order to facilitate distribution of the album.
All physical orders of Ed Sheeran's new album Play will begin shipping from the album release date on 12th September 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: Any transaction including a copy of the physical album includes flat rate Australian shipping. Accordingly, the album will only be delivered to Australian / NZ postal addresses. THE ALBUM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY (EXCEPT TO NZ) OR TO PO BOX ADDRESSES. If you do not include a physical Australian / New Zealand address for delivery in your My Ticketek account prior to Mon 4 Aug 2025, 4pm, your album purchase will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.
