Late-comers policy:
Patrons arriving late will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
Age recommendation:
Beauty and the Beast is not recommended for anyone under the age of 6.
Babes-in-arms Policy:
Infants under the age of two are permitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat and that a complimentary babes in arms ticket from the box office on the day of the performance.
Category 1:
A limited allocation of the very best seats in the house.
Category 2:
Full and unobstructed view of all elements of the production.
Category 3:
Full view of the stage and all key elements of the production which are essential to the plot.
Category 4:
Full view of the front centre of the stage which is where most of the production is performed. In the rear Stalls, the Dress Circle overhang may obstruct a small number of elements which are performed at elevation.
Category 5:
Stalls side of Row V,X,W and Y rows
Brief moments in the performance of entrances and exits from the cast can be blocked due to the overhang and obstructed by the Queen’s boxes and lighting structures.
Category 6:
View of the stage may be obstructed by a pole, wheelchair, significant dress circle or handrail inside the auditorium.
HEARING ACCESSIBILITY: Her Majesty’s Theatre use a smartphone app called Listen EVERYWHERE. This free app can be downloaded to a compatible smartphone device in advance.
The venue can also provide devices with the app installed for patrons use (earphones also provided). Patrons will need to provide a form of ID (Driver Licence, Learner Permit, Student ID, Proof of Age Card) to sign out a device.
