*Enmore Theatre Sydney Show – patrons under the age of 18 must receive a Reserved Seated Ticket, patrons above 18 years old are permitted to receive a General Admission Standing Ticket or Reserved Seated Ticket.

All other Shows – General Admission Standing Tickets are available only. Please note that patrons with Reserved Seated Tickets may access the floor for the purposes of the Meet & Greet and Pre-Show Sound Check Experience only.

***Early Access / Early Entry means you have priority access into the Venue for merchandise shopping and the Auditorium to access the floor/seats before all other ticketholders, excluding Morgan Evans Pre-Show Sound Check Experience Package holders who may access the Venue/Auditorium at the same time. There is no sectioned-off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised).

VIP Package Age Restrictions: Ice Cream Factory Warehouse Perth, Forum Melbourne, The Fortitude Music Hall Brisbane, and Powerstation Auckland are 18+ shows. Enmore Theatre Sydney, Thebarton Theatre Adelaide, and Christchurch Town Hall Christchurch are Licensed All Ages shows. Generally, children 15 and under will require supervision by a parent or legal guardian. We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase. Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.

Re-Sale Prohibited: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Show. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please double check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com

Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.

Meet & Greet with a Photo Opportunity (Morgan Evans Meet and Greet Package only): There will be an opportunity to take a photograph with the artist for patrons who have purchased the Morgan Evans Meet and Greet Package. There will be further conditions, details and instructions provided by Frontier closer to your show date, which may be varied to reflect any Artist requirements. Note: professional photography equipment is not permitted in the Venues. For absolute clarity, there will be no photo opportunities with the Artist for Morgan Evans Pre-Show Sound Check Experience Package holders.

Pre-Show Sound Check Experience (Morgan Evans Meet and Greet Package and Morgan Evans Pre-Show Sound Check Experience Package): Photography, filming, and audio recording at any time by patrons during the Pre- Show Sound Check Experience will be at the Artist’s sole discretion. Note:professional photography equipment is not permitted in the Venues.

Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Commemorative Tour Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.

All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
