*First Access means you have priority access to the Auditorium before all other ticketholders. Please note there is no sectioned-off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised).

Note: “Orchestra Pit” is used for naming purposes only. There is no orchestra pit or sunken standing area in front of the stage at any Show.

*RAC Arena (WA) and Adelaide Entertainment Centre (SA) Shows: A Reserve Seated Tickets are restricted to the Lower Tier.
All Other Shows: Opera Stall Package Purchaser’s may select A Reserve Seated Tickets on the Floor or Lower Tier, subject to availability. Exact Seated Row location varies.

Age Restrictions: Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the show. Generally, children 15 and under will require supervision by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a VIP Package) when participating in elements of the VIP Package including while on the General Admission Floor.

We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.

Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.

Re-Sale Prohibited: All Package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address submitted at the time of purchase) approximately three (3) days before the Show. If you do not receive this email three (3) days prior, please double check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: laufeyvip@aegpresents.com

Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including any pre-show functions, times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information:You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.

Access: Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the show dates. Please note there is no sectioned off area in General Admission Standing floor area (unless otherwise advised).

Artist Interaction: There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the show.

Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Commemorative Tour Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.

Package Components (e.g. Exclusive Tour Gift Bag, Commemorative Tour Laminate and Lanyard): Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions. Package components will not be mailed out and will not be held at the Venue for later collection.

All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the above Orchestra Pit Package and Opera Stall Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
